SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be processed on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders will begin processing on the next business day. All in-stock items will be shipped within 72 hours. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise and credit card verification. If ordered merchandise is on back-order or out-of-stock, we will make every effort to notify you within 5 business days. If we are able to re-order and receive the item within the 5 business days, we will ship it out to you when it is received.
Upon entering personal information at checkout, the billing address that is listed with the credit card being used must be entered. This information will be verified via Yahoo! Processing. If the entered billing address does not match the billing address listed on file with the credit card, the order can not be processed. Frenchcornersoho.com will contact you within 2 business days if we need additional credit card information that did not pass credit security check. We can ship the package to any shipping address; however it is necessary that the correct billing information is entered. You may enter separate billing and shipping addresses.
We reserve the right to ship out partial orders if we only have partial orders in stock.
Shipments will not be made on Saturdays, Sundays, or on holidays.
All packages are sent via UPS shipping. French Corner Soho offers the following three types of shipping options for delivery within the US:
1. UPS Ground (5 to 7 business days)- $10.00 for all orders totaling less than $350. Free UPS ground delivery for all orders totaling $350 or more!
2. UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)- $18.00-$37.00 depending on shipment weight.
3. UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)- $30.00-$60.00 depending on shipment weight.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
French Corner Soho has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply click on the “International Checkout” logo and fill out the order form with the items you would like to purchase. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed , all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at cs@internationalcheckout.com.
RETURN POLICY
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of French Corner Soho receipt of purchase. This means that the returned items must be received into the French Corner Soho warehouse within 14 days of the date listed on the French Corner Soho receipt included in your package. Returns can only be accepted for items purchased on www.frenchcornersoho.com and may not be returned to any of our store locations.
You may return any portion of your order for any reason as long as it meets the following criteria:
1. Returned items must be FULL-PRICED merchandise. No sale items may be returned.
2. Returned items HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED and have all original tags attached.
3. Returned items were purchased on www.frenchcornersoho.com.
4. Returned items must be listed on the return authorization e-mailed to you. If you return an item that is not listed on the RA, you will not be credited for that item.
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all postage charges on returned packages.
PLEASE NOTE: FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE MAY NOT BE RETURNED. Final sale merchandise includes ALL sale merchandise and accessories. Accessories include jewelry, hats, undergarments, bags, hair accessories, belts, gift certificates, and any other item listed in the accessories category of our site. Any final sale items shipped back to French Corner Soho headquarters will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
PLEASE NOTE: All items that are purchased with the use of a coupon code can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. No exceptions!
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Once you receive the merchandise, e-mail us at info@frenchcornersoho.com to let us know that you would like to make a return. Please include your name and order number in the e-mail. We will send you a Return Authorization for the items to be returned within 2 business days. Print out the return authorization, fill out the “reason for return” section, and include the RA with the returned merchandise in a UPS package. Please make sure to insure the package for we cannot accept responsibility for returns on lost packages. Clearly write your order number on the outside of the package.

Once we receive your package, we will inspect the goods to make sure that they meet all of the return policy guidelines. If the merchandise passes inspection, we will credit the same credit card that was used to make the purchase for the amount of the items returned, minus shipping charges. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to credit your credit card. Once the credit has been made, we will e-mail you and let you know.
We reserve the right to refuse credit of returned merchandise at our own discretion if any of the above mentioned instructions and guidelines are not followed.
ORDER CANCELATIONS: Customers may attempt to cancel recent orders by sending a cancellation request e-mail to info@frenchcornersoho.com. If we receive this e-mail before the shipment is packed, French Corner Soho will cancel orders on full-priced merchandise. French Corner Soho is not responsible if cancellation requests are made once an order is shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: French Corner Soho will not cancel any orders on items that are final sale. Final sale merchandise includes ALL sale merchandise and accessories. Accessories include jewelry, hats, undergarments, bags, hair accessories, belts, gift certificates, and any other item listed in the accessories category of our site.
CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
We currently accept the following credit cards: American Express, Master Card, Visa, and Discover.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged only in states where sales tax is charged and French Corner Soho has physical store locations. Currently, this only includes the state of New York.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are available for select items. All pre-order items have an estimated delivery date listed on its page. Please note that this date is just an estimation and may vary due to manufacturer delays. Pre-orders will be shipped out as soon at the merchandise is receive. You will only be charged for an item once it is shipped out.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available for purchase online. We offer gift certificates in the predetermined dollar amounts featured on our site. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase. Gift Certificate codes will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you specify.
At the checkout screen you will be able to enter your gift certificate code in the field “Coupon or Promotional Code”. This will deduct the full amount of the gift certificate from your order total. If your gift certificate is more than the total purchase, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your gift certificate, and you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases.
Please Note:Gift Certificates purchased online MAY NOT be used in any French Corner store locations.
STORE CREDITS
In some situations, we will issue store credits to customers. When this is done, we will e-mail you all of the details regarding your specific coupon code and the amount that could be used with it. The amount of this coupon code will be deducted from order totals when entered, by the customer, as a promotional code upon checkout. If an order amount is less than your store credit amount, the new total will be recalculated and we will e-mail you the new information regarding the store credit.
PLEASE NOTE: THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING TRACK OF STORE CREDIT DETAILS. If a customer does not know their store credit code, we can assist you in locating it, but we are not responsible if this information cannot be located.
STORE CREDIT CODES MUST BE ENTERED UPON CHECKOUT IN ORDER TO BE APPLIED. ONCE YOU ARE CHARGED, FRENCH CORNER SOHO WILL NOT REFUND YOU FOR THE STORE CREDIT AMOUNT.
